We are hiring direct care workers across Philadelphia and Montgomery County. Paid on the books, trained properly, and supervised by someone who answers the phone.

What we offer

  • Training that countsIf you need to complete competency requirements, we run you through them. Existing documentation transfers if your break in service is under 12 months.
  • Shifts that fit your lifeDays, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Tell us what you can do and we will build around it where we can.
  • You will know the assignment before you accept itThe tasks, the hours, the household, and anything you need to be aware of. No surprises at the door.
  • A supervisor who picks upOngoing supervision is a regulatory requirement and a practical one. If something in a home is not right, you have somebody to call.

What you will need

  • A face-to-face interview with us
  • Two verifiable references who are not relatives
  • A Pennsylvania State Police criminal history report
  • ChildLine clearance, if you may serve anyone under 18
  • Tuberculosis screening before your first visit
  • Proof of competency, or willingness to complete ours
