What we collect through this website, why, and what we do not do with it.
This policy covers this website. Health information held in your care records is covered separately by our notice of privacy practices.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and send us. There is one form on this site:
- Job applications. The information on the caregiver application form, and your resume if you attach one.
There is no enquiry form. If you are asking about care for yourself or a relative, you reach us by phone or email, and nothing you say is collected by this website at all.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, social media pixels, or session recording on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not put diagnoses, medication lists, or other detailed health information into the application form or into an email. Neither is the right channel for it. Call us instead and we will take it properly.
Why we hold it
- To process your job application.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed home care agency.
Who sees it
Agency staff who need it to do the above. We use service providers to deliver the website and to route form submissions and email. They process the data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not trade it with other agencies.
Equal opportunity information
Our application does not ask your gender, race, ethnicity, veteran status, or whether you have a disability. We are an equal opportunity employer and those characteristics play no part in hiring, so rather than collect that information and promise to handle it carefully, we do not collect it at all.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to employment are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Records relating to consumers and to employees are retained for the periods required by Pennsylvania regulation.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to submissions is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Email info@aalegacycares.com or call (215) 962-8087.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, for significant changes, say so on the site.
